A supported arm costs nothing here.
We provide medical arm slings and swathes free of cost to anyone who needs one — no paperwork, no charge, just support while you heal.
Fitting your sling in six steps
Take a moment to read through before putting it on. If anything feels wrong, ask someone to help you adjust it.

Insert your arm
Insert your forearm and elbow into the foam-padded sling pouch.

Cross the straps
Pull both padded shoulder straps over your head, crossing them in the middle of your upper back.

Attach the swathe
Attach one end of the foam swathe to the front of the sling.

Begin the wrap
Start wrapping the swathe horizontally around your body and the injured arm.

Continue wrapping
Keep wrapping snugly, holding your arm close against your chest as you go.

Secure the front
Fasten the free end to the front of the foam swathe to hold your arm still against your chest.
Safety notice
Consultation with a healthcare provider is essential before use
If new symptoms or persistent discomfort occurs, stop using the product and seek medical attention immediately. This is a single-patient use item. There is no warranty, and use does not guarantee injury prevention.
Where to get one
Slings are handed out in person, free of cost, while supplies last.
